consists of 20 multi-disciplined professionals, supported
by the latest technology in computers and CAD software.
Our engineers have in-depth knowledge of lighting applications,
product & tooling design, and engineering resin applications.
They also provide full support for our manufacturing departments.
This includes the design and manufacture of automated and
non-automated decoration and assembly equipment.
We employ prototype solutions to verify component design and
performance, making fast turnaround possible and reducing
development costs. Prototyping capabilities range from CNC
machining of samples to low volume PIT (production intent
) mold tooling. Combined with our in-depth knowledge of injection
molding, prototyping can reduce lead times, improve the manufacturing
process, and lower costs.
Material design flow analysis lets us optimize part and tool
design by simulating an injection molding process and predicting
flow fronts. We can, for example, reduce or eliminate rework
by predicting the impact of part geometry or multiple parts
within the same tool.
