Monroe, LLC. has over 10 professionals engaged in mold, tool, support and development. This includes Journeymen Toolmakers and specialists in close tolerance plastic injection mold and auxiliary tooling. Supported by the latest technology in computers, Mastercam, and Unigraphics software, they receive regular training on current and new technologies in tool manufacturing.

Our fully equipped, air conditioned facility includes CNC milling, grinding, and EDM capabilities assuring the tightest tolerances in the industry, e.g. 0.001mm for CNC ground core pins and 0.025mm maximum cavity to cavity variation in the mold steel.

We buid our own production intent tools and provide complete support for preventive maintenance and tooling ECO's. And our tooling expertise helps us achieve maximum part-to-part repeatability, reduced time-to-market, and competitive pricing.

Our cross functional design team identifies potential problems prior to tool construction, when design changes can be made with minimal expense. And we also provide full support for manufacturing with preventative maintenance programs and rapid response to ECO's.
